13-Inch MacBook Pro – Order it now with M2 Chip available

Price: Starting @ $1,299 USD

Congratulations to all the Apple geeks out there as the latest 13-inch MacBook Pro with M2 chip is now available to order worldwide through the official website of Apple and through the Apple Store app. According to the company, the first deliveries to customers and in-store availability is likely to begin on Friday, June 24.

The shipping estimates of some built-to-order configurations with upgraded storage capacity and memory have already been pushed to August in the USA. The design of the 13-inch MacBook Pro is the same as the previous model which also includes the Touch Bar and a couple of Thunderbolt 3 ports. There is only one notable change and that is the M2 chip with an 8-core CPU and a 10-core GPU.

The company also claims that the M2 chip has got an 18% faster CPU, 35% faster GPU and 40% faster Neural Engine against the M1 chip.

You can also configure the 24 GB unified memory in the M2 chip in the 13-inch MacBook Pro. However, the M1 chip will only allow you to have a 16 GB memory. Another good news is that the notebook also supports up to 2 TB of SSD storage.

The price range of this MacBook Pro is also in line with the previous model that starts at $1299 in the USA and there are a couple of color options such as Silver and space gray to choose from.

There are also confirmed reports of Apple released a reformed MacBook Air with the M2 chip, however; it is not available until August 2022.

There is one common difference between the notebooks and MacBooks is that the MacBook Air is coming with a fanless design, however; the MacBook Pro is offering an active cooling system to give you a more precise and sustainable performance for customers that work regularly and heavily.
