Apple likely to offer a 15-inch MacBook Air and a 12-inch MacBook in 2023

The latest news from the center is that Apple is likely to release a 15-inch MacBook Air as early as next year in spring. According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, the company is seriously thinking about launching this new gadget as soon as possible.
According to various reports, the 15-inch MacBook Pro is likely to match the size of the larger-screened 16-inch MacBook Pro. It is also expected to become Apple’s largest MacBook Air to date.

Currently, the MacBook Air 2022 holds the record for the biggest display ever released by Apple. The 2022 MacBook Air is offering a 13.6-inch display. The upcoming 15-inch MacBook Air is also expected to use the same design as the 13.6-inch product. In this particular product, the tapered frame has been exempted that has been used in MacBook air for years.

Besides the 15-inch MacBook Air, the tech giant is also working on a smaller 12-inch product as well. However, the name of the machine hasn’t been revealed yet. There have been zero 12-inch notebooks since the 12-inch Retina MacBook, that is now dismissed and not continued any further.

It is likely that we will witness the release of the 15-inch MacBook Air as early as next spring, however; the smaller 12-inch MacBook could come out at the end of next year or in early 2024. Also, a few high-end MacBook Pro models that are operated by powerful M2 Pro and M2 Max Chips are also in the pipeline and we could see their launch at the end of 22.

Gurman also feels that the release date could possibly see a delay. In this splendid M2 Max chip, you’d notice a 12-core CPU and up to a 38-core GPU. It has been upgraded from the 10-core CPU and 32-core GPU in the current M1 Max. On the other hand, the company is also busy working on M3 chips for machines that release in the near future.
