Ultraportable Dell XPS 13 Plus costs around $1300

When it comes to ultraportable laptops, there is only company that stands out. Yes, we are talking about Dell and its latest flagship laptop has now been stormed into the market. This Dell XPS 13 Plus comes with a minimalist design and is operated by Intel’s 28-watt 12th-gen processors.

It is one of the best machines for touch-typing as you would not witness any borders as far as its keyboard is concerned. Also, there is no space in between and the keys are quite large as well. The function buttons are basically displayed on a touch panel just like the MacBook Touch Bar

The haptic touchpad of this machine blends into the palm rest. We want to tell you in advance that there is no headphone jack in this machine. However, you can still use Bluetooth headsets but the process of connecting a Windows laptop is a bit complicated compared to a smartphone.

There are some little problems with the touchpad as well because you can’t see the edges when the borders are not there. However, we still feel that you can get used to it very soon.

You can choose between an OLED and an LCD display and the overall package is going to cost you around $1300. It comes with a nice 12th-generation Intel Core i5-1240P that operates at a maximum speed of 4.4 GHz and there is another option of a 12th generation Intel Core i7-1260P with a maximum speed of 4.7 GHz.

You’d also get three different options of 8 GB, 16 GB and 32 GB LPDDR5 RAM. Similarly, you can choose your hard drive between 512 G M.2 PCIe Gen 4 NVMe Solid State Drive, 1 TB M.2, Gen 4 PCIe NVME SSD and 2 TB M.2 Gen4 PCIe NVME SSD. It has got a nice 13.4-inch screen with UHD and Infinity Edge display.
