Samsung Watch 2 codenamed as “Renaissance”, New and Improved smartwatch is expected

Codename “Renaissance” for Samsung Galaxy Watch 2

Today we are here with an important news related to Samsung’s latest smart watch. This smart watch is expected to be named as Galaxy Watch 2 by Samsung.

Sources from SamMobile told a publication that the codename for upcoming Galaxy Watch 2 is “Renaissance”. This name is a good match to the codename “Da Vinci”, which was given to Galaxy Note 10. Just like the combined release of Note 9 and Galaxy Watch, we can expect latest Note device and Samsung smartwatch to be released together this August.

We don’t know much about the upcoming Samsung’s Flagship smartwatch, but the codename has now been shared by SamMobile.

Apple Watch and watchOS 6 Update:

According to IDC, Apple is strongly dominating smartwatch market leaving Samsung behind at 5th position in this competition.¬†We have recently shared a few good news for Apple Watch fans and users. Apple’s latest operating system for its smartwatch is watchOS 6. At the moment it is only available in beta phase for developers only. In watchOS 6, Apple has added a few important functionalities including Over-the-Air update for it OS and possibility of deleting in-built apps directly from your wearable.

What’s Expected for Galaxy Watch 2

We don’t know much about the upcoming Samsung’s smartwatch(Galaxy Watch 2), but the name suggest that Samsung is trying to make a big move. Meaning of this codename “Renaissance” is “a revival of or renewed interest in something”. We can expect a totally different design or interface in the form of this NEW Samsung Galaxy series smartwatch.
